区域综合经济实力统计测度研究

摘　　要：区域综合经济实力是指区域拥有的经济规模实力、经济质量实力、经济创新能力、经济影响力和经济发展潜力,是区域在国(区域)内外经济社会占据地位和影响力的综合反映。模糊Borda法测试结果表明:我国GDP在5000亿元以上的七个特大城市综合经济实力排序为上海、北京、深圳、广州、天津、苏州和重庆。测试结果为区域科学定位,明确区域的发展方向,进一步增强区域的综合经济实力,促进区域经济持续、稳定发展提供了理论依据。Regional comprehensive economic strength,which reflects the domestic position and the foreign influence of a region,contains five aspects： namely the strength of gross economic scale,the power of economic quality,the ability of economic innovation,the power of economic influence and the potential of economic development.The result of Fuzzy Borda Method indicates that the ranking order of regional comprehensive economic strength for the seven main Chinese cities with GDP being over 500 billion yuan is： Shanghai,Beijing,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Tianjin,Suzhou,and Chongqing.The result provides the theoretical basis for these cities to position themselves scientifically,and to be clear about their future development direction,in order to increase the regional comprehensive economic strength and ensure the sustainable and steady economic development of the region.
