摘　　要：一些传统的图像视频去噪算法,会在滤除噪声的同时引入人工噪声,存在很大的局限性。而基于块匹配和三维变换域滤波(BM3D)的图像视频去噪算法则采用了不同的去噪策略。对BM3D算法进行了深入的研究并实现了算法,对算法进行了深层次的评估。通过评估结果,证明了BM3D算法在视频去噪方面取得了非常好的效果。Some traditional image and video denoising algorithm deliver a good denoising performance but often introduce the artifacts.The BM3D algorithm adopts a different image and vedio denoising strategy based on the block-matching and 3D transform domain filtering.This dissertation makes a deep research on the BM3D video denoising algorithm,implements the algorithm and executes a evaluation with the vedio sequences.The results showed that the BM3D algorithm gets a brilliant performance on video denoising.
