摘　　要：建立图书馆内务信息管理系统,是提高和加强图书馆管理工作的重要举措。系统的构建是一项复杂而细致的工作。通过系统的设计原则、系统的主要功能、系统的应用(案例)等方面的阐述,充分认识到在网络环境下建立图书馆内务信息管理系统,不仅能提高图书馆管理水平,改善图书馆的办公效率,而且使图书馆各部门、各成员之间都能够彼此了解,互相协调,创造和谐的人际关系,促进图书馆整体工作的全面推进。Building a library information management system is one of the important ways to improve and reinforce library managing work.The building of such a system is quite complicated and demanding job.The article here mainly describes the design principle,the key functions,the application of the system,which emphasizes that building a network-based library information management system can not only help to improve the library management level and working efficiency,but also tighten the co-work tie among departments in library,helping librarians know more about each other,and co-work in a more harmonious atmosphere,hereby make it possible for the whole library work to get development.
