创新民办高校内部管理体制路径研究

摘　　要：民办高校必须加强内部管理,优化管理体系,建立科学、高效、和谐的管理机制;构建以董事会制度为核心的民办高校决策机制,切实落实保障校长权力,形成有效的监督机制,理顺董事会、校长和监督机构三者关系,同时,建立符合我国实际的现代产权制度,以人为本,坚持特色发展之路。The article tries to probe into the optimized scientific internal management mechanism of high efficiency and harmony in private universities.It suggests constructing a board-centered decision-making system to streamline the executive power of presidents,board of directors and supervising departments.And also it stresses that private colleges be developed complete with its own characteristics,property ownership,and humanities in line with China＇s reality and state situation.
