摘　　要：在线咨询、在线服务在图书馆中作用越来越重要。本文从利用免费软件"群英CC客服(Company Communications)"搭建在线咨询系统出发,介绍了此软件对图书馆在线咨询系统建设中的作用及我们在进行在线咨询服务时应该注意事项。Online consultation and online service play more and more important role in library.This paper,from the use of free software ＂customer service of Company Communications＂ to build online consultation system,introduces the functions of the software in library online consultation system construction and what should be paid attention to during online consulting services.
