摘  要:目的用知-信-行教育模式对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者进行健康教育,提高患者的治疗依从性。方法将160例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的健康教育方式,观察组以知-信-行模式进行健康教育;3个月后比较两组患者的知识、信念和行为得分。结果入院3个月后,两组患者的知识正确率、信念优秀率及行为优秀率均高于入院3d内(P<0.05或P<0.01);而观察组又优于对照组同期(P<0.01),且自我管理能力优秀率也高于对照组(90.0%vs 66.2%,P<0.01)。结论应用知-信-行模式进行健康教育,可以更有效地帮助患者树立健康信念,转变不良生活习惯,促进健康行为。Objective To improve the compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B by using knowledge- attitude-practice(KAP) health education model. Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group accepted general health education. The experimental group accepted KAP model education. After 3 months, the scores of knowledge,faith and practice were compared accordingly. Results After 3 months, the correct rate of knowledge and excellent rates of beliefs and behavior of the two groups were significantly higher than those within 3d (P〈O. 05 or P〈0.01)after admission. The correct rate of knowledge and excellent rates of beliefs and behavior of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the concurrent control group(P〈0.01)and the excellent rate of self-management was also significantly higher than that of the control goup (90.0% vs 66.2% ,P〈0.01). Conclusion KAP health education model can help patients set up healthy attitude, change bad life style and promote healthy behavior.
