摘　　要：目的探讨"品管圈"活动对护士配药质量的影响,解决密封瓶药物残余量过大的问题。方法成立品管圈小组,活动开展前对密封瓶药物残余的现状问题进行要因分析,制定并落实质量改进措施,然后开展活动。结果配药残余率由活动前的40.5%降低到活动后的3.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),使配药质量得到了持续改进。结论 "品管圈"活动可有效改进配药质量,减少密封瓶中的药物残余率,从而保证药物的治疗效果。Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle （QCC） in dispensing quality,and to solve the problems of excess remnant in sealing bottles. Methods A QCC work group was set up. They an- alyzed the causes of current problems about medicine remnant in sealing bottles before active, proposed and implemented improvement countermeasures. Improvement measures were formulated. Results The rate of medicine remnant in sealing bottles decreased from 40. 5%（before intervention） to 3%（after interven- tion）. The dispensing quality management was improved continuously. Conclusion The application of QCC can effectively improve the dispensing quality in the ward and minimize medicine remnant for favorable treatment effects.
