独立学院英语专业“研究型”人才培养问题分析

摘　　要：独立学院自成立以来为社会培养了一大批"应用型"人才,但是随着办学的进步和社会的发展,越来越多的学生期冀着走上"研究型"人才的道路,这为独立学院的人才培养提出了新的挑战同时也带来了新的契机。The independent colleges have cultivated numerous ＂application-oriented talents＂ since their establishment in China.But with the development of higher education in China,many students desire to get the opportunity to go into the post-graduate studies,which bring a new challenge to the independent colleges.At the same time it also provides the independent colleges a better opportunity in the cultivation of ＂research-oriented talents＂.
