农村人力资本积累的区域差异及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：我国农村劳动力的文化程度和人力资本存量在1990-2009年出现了双提高的局面。农村人力资本相对存量分布呈现较强的东西部空间梯度,造成这种差异的主要原因是地区经济发展差异。这种较强的东西部空间梯度能够解释农业生产率的区际差异和农村劳动力流动。In 1990-2009 years,the culture level and rural human capital stock in China appeared to dual improved,the regional of the continued growth of rural human capital focus on the agricultural provinces,relatively stock of rural human capital distribution exhibits strong spatial gradient,the reason of this difference is regional economy development differences.This strong spatial gradients on the stock of rural human capital distribution can explain the agricultural productivity regional differences and the flow of rural labor force.
