当前我国农产品价格波动的原因与对策

摘　　要：2009年下半年以来,我国农产品价格出现了新一轮的周期性波动,由小宗农产品的价格上涨开始,逐步引发大宗农产品价格上涨,从而导致农产品价格全面上涨。引起农产品价格不合理波动的原因包括自然灾害、农产品生产成本、市场上信息不对称、国际市场价格的传导、中间环节过多、政府职能不健全等。对此,要进一步通过加强和完善农产品价格调控机制、深化农产品价格改革等措施来稳定农产品价格,防止农产品价格的剧烈波动。Since the second half of 2009,there has been a new circulative fluctuation of the price of China＇s agricultural products,which caused by the increased price of the minor agricultural products,and then improved the price of the agricultural commodities,eventually caused the overall price increase of agricultural products.The factors which have caused the unreasonable fluctuation of agricultural products＇ price are natural disasters,production costs,asymmetrical market information,price transmission from overseas market,too much intermediaries and the imperfection of the government＇s function.To solve these problems,the government must improve the process of regulating and controlling the price of agricultural products,modernize the agricultural industry,cut down the transferring costs,enhance information services and subsidies.
