摘　　要：在土地国有制及其国家普遍授田制之下所成立的官社体制中,社会一切分配奉行"均平第一"原则。官社体制下,土地产品要在土地所有者———国家和耕种者之间进行分配。其分配法则的基础和前提是"均平论"和综合(空间上是远迩)平衡论。应重新审视和评估"不患寡而患不均"之论的价值,研究其分配法则,是道德政治经济学的主要任务和核心内容。The law of ＂Equal Distribution＂ was obliged under the official club system.The author reviewed the value of the theory about ＂not fearing the deficiency but the distribution＂,showed under the system of official club the land products should be distributed between the owner of the land and who works on it by the law of ＂Equal Distribution＂,which would be the core content of the moral and political economics.
