摘 要:电视传媒是当代影响力巨大的第一强势媒体,也是农民工接触和使用的"第一媒介",但是目前电视媒体不仅对农民工的关注度严重不够,而且不无偏颇地把农民工的形象构建为刻板的、无力无助的弱势群体。这种媒介呈现扩大了城乡二元对立的矛盾,阻碍了农民工融入城市文化的步伐,电视媒体应该肩负社会责任和体现人文关怀,开辟更多的农民工频道或栏目,全方位地服务于农民工群体;而且政府有关部门应组织社会力量,注重对农民工电视媒介素养的培养,鼓励他们积极参与电视媒介文化实践,以促进其综合素质的养成,帮助他们完成角色转换、文化认同和文化融入。As the most powerful media in contemporary society,TV media serves as the first choice among the migrant workers.However,present television programs not only lack serious concerns about migrant workers,but also feature serious deviations in the shaping of the realistic images of the migrant workers.Their most popular stereotype portrayed in these programs is a powerless,helpless and vulnerable group.This type of presentation intensifies the binary contradictions between the rural and the urban and impeded the integration progress of migrant workers into the urban cultures.TV media should manifest the social responsibility to establish more channels or programs for migrant workers and to provide a full range of services to them.The relevant government departments should organize social forces to pay more attention to the development of the TV media literacy of migrant workers,to encourage them to actively participate in the television media cultural practices,and to promote their overall qualities,to help them in the completion of the social role conversion,and to formulate cultural identity and cultural integration.
