血管紧张素Ⅰ转化酶基因多态性与妊娠期高血压关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅰ转化酶基因多态性与妊娠期高血压易感性的关系。方法全面检索血管紧张素Ⅰ转化酶基因多态性与妊娠高血压关系的病例对照研究,剔除不符合标准的文献,并采用RevMan4.2软件对结果进行统计分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,累计病例985例,对照1065例。各研究间经齐性检验后未发现发表偏倚和明显异质性,ACE基因纯合子缺失型(DD)、ACE基因杂合子插入/缺失型(ID)和ACE基因纯合子插入型(II)合并OR值分别为1.90(95%CI:1.55～2.31)、1.31(95%CI:1.09～1.59)和0.39(95%CI:0.32～0.47)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病的发病与ACE基因I/D多态性有相关性。Objective To evaluate the relationship between a polymorphism of the angiotensin converting enzyme（ACE） gene and Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy.Methods A comprehensive search for the case—control reports about the relationship between a polymorphism of the angiotensin converting enzyme（ACE） gene and Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy.All the relevant studies were identified,poor qualified studies were eliminated,and the results were analyzed using RevMan4.2 software.Results A total of 985 cases and 1065 controls were included.Publication bias and heterogeneity were not significant in these studies.The heterogeneity between studies was significant,the pooled OR of ACE（DD）,ACE（ID） and ACE（II） was 1.90（95%CI：1.55-2.31）,1.31（95%CI：1.09-1.59）,0.39（95%CI：0.32-0.47）.Conclusion ACE gene polymorphism is associated with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy.
