消抗灵Ⅰ号治疗免疫性复发性流产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消抗灵Ⅰ号治疗免疫性复发性自然流产(RSA)的临床疗效,探讨消抗灵Ⅰ号治疗免疫性RSA的作用机制。方法将免疫性复发性流产患者52例随机分为两组,每组各26例,治疗组予天江中药消抗灵Ⅰ号,对照组予泼尼松+阿司匹林,1个月为一个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察两组抗体转阴率、复发率及成功妊娠率。结果 3个疗程结束后,治疗组抗体总转阴率为91.07%,对照组为76.27%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);且两组各项抗体转阴率均在第2疗程出现高峰,治疗组第1、2疗程各项抗体转阴率和明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为8.70%,对照组为33.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组成功妊娠率为65.38%,对照组为42.31%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论消抗灵Ⅰ号能有效消除免疫性RSA患者血清自身抗体,提高成功妊娠率,且疗程短,复发率低,是免疫性RSA患者可选择的治疗方法之一,值得进一步深入研究及推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and explore the mechanism of action of Xiaokangling Ⅰ on treating immunological recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）.Methods 52 patients diagnosed immunological RSA were randomly divided into two groups,26 patients in each group,the treatment group were given Xiaokangling Ⅰ,and the control group received prednisone＋aspirin.1 month for a course of treatment,2 groups were treated for 3 courses.Antibody negative rate,recurrence rate and successful pregnancy rate were observed.Results After three courses,the total antibody negative rate in treatment group and control group were 91.07% and 76.27%,respectively（P〈0.05）.The antibody negative rate of the two groups had a peak in the second course,and the negative rate of 1,2 course in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in treatment group and control group were 8.70%、33.33%,respectively（P〈0.05）.The successful pregnancy rate in treatment group and control group were 65.38% and 42.31%,respectively,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiaokangling Ⅰ can effectively eliminate autoantibodies and raise the successful pregnancy rate of patients with immunological RSA,and shorten course,reduce recurrence rate,therefore,it is an effective formula to treat for immunological RSA and worth further study.
