摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管注入氨甲喋呤(MTX)治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法将110例未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者纳入研究,按入院先后随机分为观察组及对照组各55例,观察组在宫腔镜引导下向妊娠侧输卵管插管一次注入MTX 50mg;对照组给予50mg/m2单次肌肉注射。记录比较两组的疗效指标。结果观察组的治愈率高于对照组,血β-HCG下降至正常的时间短于对照组,不良反应也较对照组减少,组间差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜引导下输卵管插管注入MTX治疗输卵管妊娠疗效显著,优于单纯MTX肌肉注射,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tubal methotrexate（MTX）injection tube hysteroscopic guided in treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods By order of admission, 110 patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n=55）. In hysteroscopic guidance, control group was injected through the tube to MTX;In hysteroscopic guidance, the observation group were injected with metho- trexate after tubal cannulation 50rag,while control group was given 50mg/m single intramuscular injection. Indicators of the efficacy were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results Observation group was significantly better than the control group on the cure rate,Serum β-HCG dropped to normal time shorter than the control group, adverse re-actions are less than the control group,the difference between the groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyste-roscopie tubal cannulation guided injection of MTX in treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy,a significant effect, better than intramuscular injection of MTX,is worthy of clinical application.
