摘　　要：利用可修复系统的可用度分析方法对离散物流仓运系统进行可靠性分析.根据缓冲仓在仓运系统中所起的作用,建立可靠性模型和定义系统的状态,得出了求解系统可用度的计算公式,以及缓冲仓故障与仓容量的关系,解决了离散物流仓运系统的可靠性问题,为带有缓冲仓的离散物流系统可靠性分析提供了理论依据.This paper employs the method of the repairable system usability analysis to analyze the reliability of surge bin transportation system.Through the role of surge bin＇s analysis in the surge bin logistics system,the reliability analysis model of surge bin system is established,the system state is defined,the calculating formula of system availability is given by derivation,the relation of surge bin fault and surge bin capacity is also analyzed;The discrete logistics transportation system reliability is solved,some theoretical bases for the reliability analysis of discrete logistics surge bin transportation system are offered.
