高等教育大众化形势下学院新型师生关系的构建

摘　　要：高校师生关系对学校教学系统的正常运行具有重要作用,这一关系好坏直接关系到学校办学质量及培养目标的实现。本文分析了北华航天工业学院教育大众化形势下师生关系弱化问题存在的原因,提出从学生的特点、教学组织模式、管理制度、考核方式等方面构建新型师生关系。The teacher-student relationship plays an important role in the operation of college educational system. This relationship will have a direct bearing on the quality of school education and training goals. This paper analyzes the reasons of the weakening of teacher-student relationship in North China Institute of aerospace Engineering under the present situation, and suggests the construction of a new teacher-student relationship from the characteristics of students, teaching organizational models, management systems and assessment methods.
