摘　　要：中国特色社会主义理论体系,包括邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想以及科学发展观等重大战略思想。邓小平理论回答了"什么是社会主义的根本任务,怎样实现社会主义的根本任务","三个代表"重要思想回答了"建设什么样的党,怎样建设党",科学发展观回答了"实现什么样的发展,怎样发展"。所以,邓小平理论的主题是关于"什么是社会主义的根本任务,怎样完成社会主义的根本任务"的基本理论问题。这个社会主义的根本任务,就是发展生产力。我们党对这三个理论问题的回答,构成了中国特色社会主义的三个基本理论问题。Socialist theory with Chinese characteristics is made up of some important strategic thoughts including DENG Xiao-ping＇s Theory,Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development.DENG Xiao-ping Thought answers the questions like ＂what is the fundamental task of socialism？ And how can we accomplish the fundamental task of socialism？＂ The important thought of Three Represents answers the questions like ＂what kind of party we are going to build？ And how we should build our party？＂ Scientific Outlook on Development answers the questions like ＂what kind of development we are pursuing？ And how we are to develop it？＂ Therefore,the theme of DENG Xiao-ping Theory is chiefly concerned with the basic theoretical issues such as ＂what is the fundamental task of the socialism and how we should accomplish the fundamental task.The fundamental task of socialism is to develop productivity.Our Party＇s answer to these three issues constitutes the three basic theoretical issues with Chinese characteristics.
