彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺微小癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺微小癌(TMC)的诊断价值。方法:对经手术及病理证实的最大直径≤1.0cm的56例甲状腺微小癌患者及76例甲状腺良性结节患者的高频超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果:甲状腺微小癌多表现为实质性不均匀低回声肿块,边缘不规则,边界不整,结节内有微小钙化灶。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断具有重要价值。Objective ： To study the value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid mierocareinoma（TMC）. Methods ： The high frequency ultrasonic characteristics of 56 TMC and 76 thyroid benign nodules were retrospectively reviewed. All masses were less than 1.0 centimeters in their greatest diameter and confirmed by operation and pathology. Results ： Ultrasound of thyroid microeareinoma appeared as solid and hypoechoic tumor in majority, with irregular and indefinite border. Some nodules contained mierocalcifieations. Conclusion ： High frequency color doppler ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of TMC.
