摘　　要：目的:观察针灸治疗食道型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:临床分别选取20例食道型颈椎病患者作为观察组和对照组,对照组予颈椎病常规针灸,观察组予颈椎病常规针灸基础加上针刺天突、廉泉、尺泽、列缺、后溪、肺俞穴,观察2个疗程内的病情变化。结果:2个疗程观察组比对照组疗效明显。结论:本文选穴对于食道型颈椎病的治疗疗效确切,疗程缩短。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating esophagus type cervical spondylosis. Methods： 20 cases were respectively selected as the observation group and the control group, the control group was given the routine acupuncture treatment, the observation group were treated with conventional acupuncture plus needling Tiantu, Lianquan, Chize, Lieque, Houxi and Feiyu, condition changes were observed within the two treatment. Results： The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： This acupoints selection method was effective in treating esophagus type cervical spondylosis, course of treatment was shorten.
