针灸理疗治疗颈椎病96例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸理疗配合枕颌布托牵引治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将临床96例患者随机分为两组,各48例。治疗组采用枕颌布托牵引加针灸理疗治疗;对照组单纯采用针灸理疗治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率54.12%,总有效率95.83%;对照组痊愈率41.67%,总有效率85.42%。两组临床疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸理疗配合枕颌布托牵引综合治疗颈椎病临床疗效显著,值得在颈椎病临床治疗中推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and physiotherapy with pillow jaw bhutto traction in treating cervical spondylosis. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each was 48 cases. The treatment group was taken with pillow jaw bhutto traction and acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment, and the control group was treated with acupuncture and physiotherapy. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was 54.12%, and the total efficiency was 95.83%. The cure rate of the control group was 41.67%, and the total efficiency was 85.42%. There were significant differences in clinical efficacy （P0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of acupuncture and physiotherapy with pillow jaw bhutto traction in treating of cervical disease is significant and it is worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.
