摘　　要：目的:探讨中药洗方联合海普林软膏治疗皲裂性湿疹的疗效。方法:治疗组51例,予中药洗方联合海普林软膏治疗;对照组45例,仅予海普林软膏治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为84.31%,对照组为64.44%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药洗方联合海普林软膏治疗皲裂性湿疹效果优于单用海普林软膏。Objective： To observe curative effect of Chinese native medicine combined with Hepudiod ointment in treating chapped eczema. Methods： 51 examples of treatment group were given with Chinese native medicine plus hepudiod ointment, 45 examples of control group were treated with hepudiod ointment only. Results： The effectiveness rate of treatment group was 84.31%, and that of control group was 64.44%, there were significant difference between them （P0.05）. Conclusions： The curative effect of Chinese native medicine combined with Hepudiod ointment was better.
