理气建中汤治疗小儿功能性腹痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察理气建中汤治疗小儿功能性腹痛的临床疗效,探讨小儿功能性腹痛的病因病机,研究中药的防治机理,寻求小儿功能性腹痛的防治新药。方法:将2011年2月～2011年10月本院儿科门诊的78例小儿功能性腹痛患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例,对照组43例,治疗组口服理气建中汤,对照组口服小儿健脾丸,观察用药前后患儿主要症状、体征、发作次数、腹痛程度改善情况及药物不良反应。结果:理气建中汤、小儿健脾丸对小儿功能性腹痛均有疗效,其中理气建中汤的疗效明显优于小儿健脾丸,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。同时治疗组与对照组均未发现任何不良反应。结论:理气建中汤是治疗小儿功能性腹痛的有效药物,且无任何毒副作用,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective： The clinical effects of the Liqi Jianzhong decoction in treating functional abdominal pain in children were observed, the etiology and pathogenesis of functional abdominal pain in children were investigate, prevention and control mechanism of TCM were researched, in order to seek prevention and treatment of new drugs for children with functional abdominal pain. Method： 78 cases were randomly divided into the treated group （35 cases） and the control group （43 cases） in February 2011 to October 2011, the treated group was given the Liqi Jianzhong decoction treatment, the control group was treated with pediatric spleen pill, main symptoms, signs, seizure frequency, the degree of improvement of abdominal pain and adverse drug reactions in children were observed. Results： The efficacy of the Liqi Jianzhong decoction was better than that of pediatric spleen pill in treating functional abdominal pain in children, differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. At the same time, adverse reactions were not found in the two groups. Conclusion： The Liqi Jianzhong decoction was effective in treating functional abdominal pain in children, worthy of further clinical application.
