舒适护理在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理方法对经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者焦虑、疼痛及满意度的影响。方法将117例经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术的患者按住院号单双号分为试验组和对照组,对照组(52例)行泌尿外科常规护理,试验组(65例)行泌尿外科常规护理基础上予以舒适护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、WHO疼痛程度分级标准及住院患者满意度度调查表评定并比较两组患者SAS值、疼痛程度及满意度。结果试验组SAS值明显低于对照组,疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻,满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效减轻经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者焦虑和疼痛程度,增加患者满意度,提高护理质量,使患者在整个检查过程中得到舒适和放松。Objective To discuss the impact of comfort care on the anxiety,pain and satisfaction of patients undergoing transrectal prostate biopsy. Methods 117 patients undergoing transrectal prostate biopsy were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group（52 cases）were given usual care in urology,and those in the study group（65 cases）were given both usual care and comfort care.Patients in two groups were evaluated and compared with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,WHO Numerical Rating Scale and Hospital Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire. Results The SAS value in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Patients＇ pain in the study group significantly decreased compared with that in the control group（P 0.05）.The satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Comfort care can effectively alleviate the anxiety and pain of patients undergoing transrectal prostate biopsy,increase patients＇ satisfaction,and enhance the quality of nursing,so that patients feel comfortable and relax in the entire inspection process.
