摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍的病因、发生机制、临床诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析笔者医院普通外科20例腹部术后胃排空障碍患者的临床资料。结果:20例患者经保守治疗后恢复胃动力,痊愈出院。结论:腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍的病因是多因素的,早期发现、明确诊断是关键,采取非手术疗法可治愈本病。Objective：To explore the causes, mechanism, clinical diagnosis and therapy of functional delayed gastric emptying.Methods：The data of 20 patients with functional delayed gastric emptying was analyzed retrospectively in our hospital.Results：All of the patients were recovered and discharged with gastric motility returned under conservative treatment.Conclusion：The causes of the functional delayed gastric emptying are multiple.It is important to observe and diagnose early.The abnormality can usually he cured by non-operative treatment.
