摘　　要：任何一种 DVD光盘都是由信息记录层、介质保护层、金属反射层……等薄膜组成的二层、三层或多层光匹配的薄膜体系。不同膜系要用不同的真空淀积技术制备 ,各制备单元最终连成完整的光盘生产线。本文着重论述各类光盘薄膜材料的真空淀积技术和相应的生产线 。Any kind of DVD optical discs is consisted of recording layer, dielectric protective layer, metal reflective layer etc, which construct an optically matched double (triple, multi) layered thin film system. Different systems use different deposition technology. The related vacuum units are consequently connected in a production line of DVDs. This paper lays emphasis on the deposition technology of thin film systems and the relevant updated production lines of DVDs with a view to exploring the prospects of constructing these lines on a domestic basis.
