摘　　要：在 L Y12铝合金上 ,用离子镀设备进行了增强氮化钛涂层结合力的研究。通过镀前表面处理工艺技术及镀膜过程中控制烘烤温度、加镀过渡层、延长沉积时间等主要工艺技术 ,最终得到了令人满意的。On the LY12 alloy, a study of increasing adhesion of TiN coatings to metal substrate, which deposited used by ion plating, has been performed. Through the technology of surface treatment before the plating and the main technology about controlling burning off temperature, plating transient coating, increasing deposition time during the plating, we get the satisfying TiN coatings with increased adhesion.
