摘　　要：从可持续发展的角度着手,以生态住宅在新农村建设中的应用发展为研究方向,就如何解决生态住宅建设在新农村改造过程中所面临的问题进行了探析,并提出了新农村生态住宅设计原则,从而创造出健康舒适且高效节能的住宅。From the aspect of the sustainable development,the paper takes the application development of the ecological residence in the new countryside construction as the research direction,explores how to solve the problems in the new countryside reconstruction process of the ecological residential construction,and points out the design principle for the ecological residence of the new countryside,so as to create the healthy,comfortable,efficient and energy-saving building.
