摘　　要：结合高校基建工程的特点,从建设单位角度,剖析招标阶段的造价控制问题,结合工作实践,探讨了高校基建招标文件中的造价控制要点,指出应加强设计阶段图纸的审查和清单编制的准确性,并制定合理的评标方法。Combining with characteristics of fundamental engineering in institutions of higher learning,from aspect of construction unit,the paper analyzes cost control issue at bidding phase.Combining with working practice,it inquires cost control points in fundamental construction bidding documents in institutions of higher learning,and points out matters needing attention,such as strengthening chart auditing and accuracy of bill of quantity formulation at design phase,and formulating rational evaluation method.
