摘　　要：针对滨水地区环境改造与开发这一问题进行了探讨,以六安市淠河总干渠市区段的开发和建设过程为例,探讨和研究了新世纪的滨水地区规划建设的新趋势,以达到滨水地区建设的良性发展,并使之真正成为代表城市形象的标志。The paper explores the environment reconstruction and the development of the waterfront areas,and illustrates and researches the new tendency of the planning construction of the waterfront areas in new century by taking the development and construction of the urban section of the main channel of Pihe in Liuan,so as to enhance the benign development of the waterfront construction and make it as the mark of the city image.
