摘  要:以8个芳香胺为重氮组分,N,N-二氰乙基间氯苯胺为偶合组分,经重氮化、偶合反应合成了8个双氰乙基系列偶氮分散染料,用UV-Vis、IR、1HNMR、MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,探索了它们在涤纶织物和乙酰化杉木粉上的染色性能.结果表明:4个杂环偶氮分散染料最大可见吸收波长在416~578 nm,体现出较宽的色谱范围,染色涤纶织物色光分别为黄色、艳红色、紫红色和蓝色,且具有高皂洗(粘)色牢度和高日晒牢度;而4个非杂环偶氮分散染料最大可见吸收波长在449~510 nm,体现出较窄的色谱范围,染色涤纶织物色光为桔黄色或红色,同样具有高水洗牢度和高日晒牢度.同时,用合成的8个偶氮分散染料对乙酰化杉木粉进行染色,染色乙酰化杉木粉的色光与对应染料染色涤纶织物的色光接近.Eight di-cyanoethyl azo disperse dyes based on N, N-bis(2-cyanoethyl)-m-chloroaniline were syn- thesized using eight different aromatic amines as the diazo components. They were characterized by UV-Vis, IR, 1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis, at the same time the dyeing performance of these dyes were assessed on poly- ester and acetylation fir powder. At the same conditions the results showed that the maximum absorption of four het- erocyclic azo disperse dyes were from 416 nm to 578 nm with a wide range of shades, also these dyes were found to show yellow, bright crimson, reddish violet and blue shades on polyester and with good light fastness and excellent fastness to wash ; while the maximum absorption of other four non-heterocyelic azo disperse dyes were between 449 nm and 510 nm with the narrower shades , they were found to give orange or red on polyester and also with good light fastness and excellent fastness to wash. Simultaneously, the dyeing performance of these dyes were assessed on acetylation fir powder with the similar color shades corresponding to the dyeing on polyester.
