摘 要:燃煤锅炉改烧生物质后,由于燃料特性的变化,烟气量大幅增加,省煤器吸热量增加,沸腾率上升,容易导致省煤器管壁超温.对一台中温中压燃煤锅炉改烧生物质后的省煤器壁温进行了测量,得到了省煤器壁温与沸腾率间的关系;在此基础上推导了省煤器壁温与沸腾率关系的计算模型;提出判断省煤器安全工作的两个极限沸腾率概念.计算结果表明,本模型能较好地反应壁面温度与沸腾率间的关系.After transforming the coal-fired boilers into biomass boilers,due to the changes of fuel properties,flue gas volume is significantly increased and economizer's heat absorption and the boiling rate are also increased.All of the above easily lead to the over-temperature in economizer wall.In this paper,we measured a medium temperature and pressure coal-fired boiler's economizer wall temperature after transforming the boiler into biomass boiler,and we got the relationship between the economizer wall temperature boiling rate and the boiling rate.Based on the above,a computational model about the relationship between the economizer wall temperature and boiling rate is derived,and two concepts of limit boiling rate are used to determine if the economizer work safety are raised.The calculation results show that this model can better reflect the relationship between the wall temperature and boiling rate.
