摘　　要：目的探讨全麻下显微支撑喉镜手术的麻醉配合。方法对25例喉部疾病患者经口用塑料管连接高频通气呼吸机的方法来控制呼吸,在全麻支撑喉镜下完成显微喉部病变摘除手术。结果 25例喉部病变均顺利完成摘除手术。术中各项监测指标正常,术后随访6～36个月,发音良好,无复发。结论术中使用经口用塑料管连接高频通气呼吸机的方法来控制呼吸,可以完全满足支撑显微喉镜手术的顺利完成,该方法操作简便,安全方便,无并发症发生。Objective To explore the micro-support under general anesthesia anesthetic laryngoscope with surgery. Methods Twenty-five cases of patients with laryngeal diseases were controlled breathing with oral plastics pipe used to connect high-frequency ventilation ventijator, surgery microscopy throat lesions surgeries were given to them in the self- retaining laryngoscope under general anesthesia. Results Twenty-five cases of throat lesions were the successful completi6n of surgery. Intraoperative monitoring indicators were normal, patients were followed up for 6-36 months, phonated well, there was no recurrence. Conclusion The use of plastics, as connected with high frequency ventilation ventilator to control breathing, can fully meet the micro-laryngoscope support and convenient, there is no comnlications the successful completion of surgery, the method is simple, safe
