氟伐他汀联合血脂康治疗冠心病的疗效及对血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氟伐他汀联合血脂康治疗冠心病的临床疗效及对血脂水平的影响。方法选择本院2009年2月～2011年8月收治的冠心病患者100例,按照就诊顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予氟伐他汀进行对症治疗,观察组患者给予氟伐他汀联合血脂康进行对症治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,测定两组患者治疗前后的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标。结果治疗后,观察患者的心绞痛疗效总有效率为70.0%,明显高于对照组的36.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者各血脂指标均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后,TC、TG、LDL-C均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟伐他汀联合血脂康可有效缓解冠心病症状,临床疗效确切,不良反应小,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluvastatin combined with Xuezhikang for treating with coro- nary heart disease （CHD） and its impact on plasma lipid levels. Methods One hundred patients with CHD from February 2009 to August 2011 were admitted in hospital and were divided into control group and observation group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was given fluvastatin while the observation group was received fluvastatin and Xuezhikang. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups; the total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） were observed after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 70.0%, which was significantly higher than 36.0% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the lipid parameters after treatment were significantly better than before （P 〈 0.05）; after 4 weeks, the TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Flu- vastatin combined with Xuezhikang can effectively alleviate the symptoms of coronary heart disease, the clinical efficacy is good. It has few adverse reactions and should be widely applied in clinic.
