临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的护理效果。方法选择本院2009年2月～2011年2月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者80例,上述患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施常规鼻内镜下慢性鼻窦炎手术护理。观察组按照临床护理路径护理模式实施护理干预。观察两组患者疾病知识掌握情况和护理满意度。结果观察组合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能够显著提高慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者疾病认知程度,提高护理满意度,护理效果显著。Objective To explore the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway on endoscopic sinus surgery of chronic si- nusitis. Methods Eighty cases with chronic sinusitis were selected from February 2009 to February 2011 and divided into observation group and control group. The routine nursing of endoscopic sinus surgery of chronic sinusitis was used to con- trol group, and clinical nursing pathway was given to observation group. The disease knowledge and satisfaction degree to- ward nursing were observed after intervention. Results The qualified rate of disease knowledge grasped after intervention in observation group was higer than that in control group, there was statistical difference （/9 〈 0.05）; the satisfaction degree to- ward nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group, there was statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the knowledge of diseases and satisfaction degree toward nursing in the pa- tients with endoscopic sinus surgery of chronic sinusitis, the nursing effect is significant.
