摘 要:为了满足女大学生的健身需求,有针对性地选择健美操改善身体成分,本研究以三明学院20名2009级公体女生为实验对象,进行为期16周的第三套二级《标准》操的锻炼。采用身体成分分析仪采集锻炼前后身体成分各项指标数据,将测试结果进行对比T检验。研究结果表明,第三套二级《标准》操锻炼能够使女大学生体重和脂肪量明显降低,并能在正常范围内改善体脂百分比、WHR和BMI指标,达到塑身减肥的效果。A research has carried on 20 female students of non-sports major in San Ming University to satisfy the exercise need of college female students and improve their body composition by selecting proper grade of aerobic exercise pertinence. After 16 weeks of exercises on the second grade of the third set of standard, body composition analyzer was used to collect various index and data of their body composition before and after the exercising, and T-test was carried out. Hence, the results show that the second grade of this aerobic exercise can decrease the body weight and fat of college girls in a comparatively clear degree, improve the percentage of body fat, index of WHR and NMI in a normal range, and achieve the effect of body shaping finally.
