三蕊维胺酯胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗中度寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价三蕊维胺酯胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗中度寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:将180例患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组35例患者单独口服阿奇霉素首日服用500 mg,然后第2至第5日1日1次口服250 mg;B组58例患者单独口服三蕊维胺酯胶囊50mg,2次/d;C组87例采用三蕊维胺酯胶囊联合阿奇霉素,三组疗程均为6周。结果:A组有效率为57.14%,B组有效率为86.21%,C组有效率为96.55%。三组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000,P<0.01);追踪随访治愈患者3个月,A组复发率为44.44%,B组复发率为21.74%,C组复发率为2.78%,A、B、C三组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.003,P<0.01)。结论:三蕊维胺酯胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗中度寻常型痤疮疗效明显,并能降低复发率,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To assess the efficacy of Viaminate capsules combined with azithromycin on moderate acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 180 patients with moderate acne vulgaris were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups as group A,group B and group C.35 patients in group A were received a course of azithromycin 500mg as a single dose on Day1,followed by 250mg once daily on Days 2 through 5 for 6 weeks.58 patients in group B were received a course of viaminate capsules 50mg two time daily for 6 weeks,while 87 patients in group C were received both a course of azithromycin 500mg as a single dose on Day1,followed by 250mg once daily on Days 2 through 5 for 6 weeks and Viaminate capsules 50mg two time daily for 6 weeks.Results There was 57.14% effective rate in group A,86.21% in group B and 96.55% in group C.The difference of group C,group A,group B was statistical significantly（P=0.000,P0.01）.A follow-up survey of three months for cured patients showed that there was 44.44% relapse rate in group A,21.74% in group B and 2.78% in group C after finished the treatment in three months.The difference of group C,group A,group B was statistical significantly（P=0.003,P0.01）.Conclusion Moderate acne vulgaris treatment with Combined viaminate capsules and azithromycin was more effective than Single treatment with viaminate capsules or azithromycin,and it can reduce the recurrent rate,thus worthy for clinial appliation.
