摘　　要：中国实施全球化资源战略,是由当前世界经济全球化趋势和中国在世界经济中的地位和作用决定的,是不以人的意志为转移的。作为全球主要经济体和加工制造中心,中国向世界提供重要的产品和服务,也必然要求利用全球资源,这也是由新时期全球产业结构调整和业务分工决定的。目前,在利用全球资源的过程中,必须制定精细化的战略,加强"走出去"管理和制度建设,确保我国全球资源利益最大化。The implementation of China's global resource strategydepends on the world economic globalization tendency and thestatus and role of China in global economic development;and it isindependent of man's will.China,as a major global economy andmanufacturing hubs,is also inevitable to use global resources,whichattributes to the new period global industry structure adjustmentand business division.This paper offers that in the process of usingglobal resources,fine strategy must be developed;the managementand institutional construction on 'going global' must be tightenedup so as to maximize china's global resources interests.
