摘　　要：目的　探讨血清单一经血传播病毒 (TTV)阳性患者肝外组织中TTVDNA的表达。方法　采用地高辛标记TTVDNA探针原位杂交技术检测免疫组织化学检测肝组织中丙肝病毒NS3 、庚肝病毒NS5等为阴性的 5例尸检肝外组织标本。结果　 3例 (3/ 3)胰腺组织、2例 (2 / 2 )睾丸组织、1例 (1/ 1)卵巢组织、2例 (2 / 3)心肌组织、3例 (3/ 5 )肾组织检出阳性信号。杂交阳性信号主要为胞核型 ,仅在部分胰腺组织中出现胞浆型。阳性细胞呈散在分布。结论　TTV具有组织泛嗜性。Objective To study the existence of TTV (transfusion transmitted virus)in extrahepatic tissue of patients with non A G hepatitis.Methods Five specimens of formalin paraffin embedded extrahepatic tissue of the patients with non A G hepatitis were studied by in situ hybridization with Dig TTV DNA probe.Results Positive hybridization signals to TTV nuclei acid were observed in pancreatic islet cells,testicular spermatogenic cells,ovarian alveoli cells,myocardial cells and renal tubule epithelial cells.Conclusion The result shows that TTV is not stringently hepatotropic.
