摘  要:对毛梾种子萌发及幼苗生长规律进行了研究,为种子的繁育提供理论依据。采用称重、测量、解剖、TTC法及内含物测定等方法,分别对不同种源地种子形态结构、活力、内含物含量进行测定,研究不同种源间种子萌发特性差异。采用低温层积、激素处理、不同基质处理相比较及定株观测的方法,研究解除种子休眠的有效技术及毛梾幼苗生长节律。结果表明:6个种源地间以陕西杨陵种源为最优种源,河南种质资源最差;陕西杨陵种源采用室外低温层积催芽效果最好,发芽率达46.7%(为直接播种的114倍);使用激素处理以150mg·L-1 GA3的处理最为有效(发芽率达到48.43%);发芽基质以蛭石最好。毛梾幼苗2个生长高峰期分别为5月下旬到6月上旬和7月底到8月上旬。In order to provide theoretical basis for rapid propagation of Cornus wateri,the development rule of the seedling growth and seed germination were studied.The methods of weighing,seed diameter measurement,anatomy approaches,TTC and seed contents determination were applied to determine the seeds morphology structures,seeds vigor and nutrient contents to find the characteristic differences of the seed germination among the seeds from different provenances.The seeds were then treated by low temperature stratification,plant hormones,and the different matrixes to discover the optimal technique of seed dormancy and to observe the seedling growth-rhythm.The results indicated that the seeds from provenance of Yangling was the best among 6 locations,the provenance of Henan was the worst one.The seeds from Yangling got the best germination rate by low temperature stratification,accounting for 46.7%,114 times more than that of directly sowing.The effective hormone concentration for breaking seed dormancy were 150 mg·L^-1 of GA3,in which the germination rate was 48.43%.The vermiculite was the prime sprouting matrix.There were two peak periods in seedling growth at the last ten days of May to the first ten days of June,and the end of July to the first ten days of August,respectively.
