摘 要:采用微波辅助、KI做催化剂、无水Na2SO4做吸水剂,以邻苯二胺和苯甲醛为原料,合成了2-苯基苯并咪唑。探讨了物料比、微波输出功率和微波辐射时间对反应产率的影响。结果表明,较佳反应条件为邻苯二胺︰苯甲醛=1︰2,微波输出功率300 W,间歇辐射10min。该方法具有原料消耗少、操作简单、反应条件温和、易纯化、对环境无污染、产率高的优点。The synthesis of 2-phenylbenzimidazole was carried out under microwave irradiation with potassium iodide as catalyst,anhydrous sodium sulfate as water absorber,o-phenylenediamine and benzaldehyde as starting materials.The influences on the yield of the product of the mole ratio of the materials,output power of microwave generator,reaction time were investigated.Optimal reaction condition were obtained:the ratio of o-phenylendiamine to benzaldehyde:1︰2(mole),output power: 300 W,intermit radiation time: 10 minutes,The total yield was as high as 97% under the optimal conditions.Compared to the previous methods,the new method has the advantages of simplified procedure,mild conditions,easy purification process,and high yield.
