小儿推拿联合思密达保留灌肠治疗秋季腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿推拿联合思密达保留灌肠治疗秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取243例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,均给予补液、纠正电解质紊乱、益生菌口服等常规对症处理。治疗组按治疗方法不同,又分为联合治疗组(推拿联合思密达保留灌肠)、推拿组和思密达保留灌肠组。结果联合治疗组总有效率96.4%,推拿组总有效率85.2%,思密达保留灌肠组总有效率85.9%,对照组总有效率58.1%。联合治疗组有效率明显高于其余各组,差异有显著性;推拿组与思密达组有效率无显著差异;对照组有效率明显低于其余各组,差异有显著性。结论小儿推拿及思密达保留灌肠治疗秋季腹泻疗效明显,二者联合应用效果有协同作用,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of infantile tuina combined with smecta retention enema on rotavirus enteritis.Methods 243 children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group which all received fluid replacement,rectification of electrolyte disturbance and oral administration of probiotics.According to different treatments,the subjects in the treatment group were divided further into combination treatment group（massage combined with smecta retention enema）,massage group and smecta retention enema group.Results The total effective rate of the combination treatment group was 96.4%;that of the massage group was 85.2%;that of the smecta retention enema group was 85.9%;that of the control group was 58.1%.The effective rate of the combination treatment group was obviously higher than those of the other three groups,and the differences were significant.There was no significant difference in effective rate between the massage group and the smecta group.The effective rate of the control group was obviously lower than those of the other three groups,and the differences were significant.Conclusion Infantile massage combined with smecta retention enema has obvious curative effects on rotavirus enteritis,which is worthwhile to be promoted.
