泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌β-内酰胺酶、膜孔蛋白、外排泵编码基因研究

摘　　要：目的调查泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(PDRAB)β-内酰胺酶、膜孔蛋白、外排泵编码基因携带情况。方法收集临床样本分离的20株PDRAB,采用PCR法检测33种β-内酰胺酶基因,包括A类13种、B类(金属β-内酰胺酶)10种、C类(AmpC酶)两种、D类8种,膜孔蛋白carO编码基因以及外排泵adeB编码基因。结果β-内酰胺酶编码基因中,A类TEM-1、C类ADC-30检出率均为100.0%;D类OXA-23的阳性率为65.0%;未检出B类基因,20株PDRAB膜孔蛋白carO基因、外排泵adeB基因阳性率均为100.0%。结论临床分离的PDRAB,可携带多种β-内酰胺类耐药基因,普遍带有膜孔蛋白和外排泵adeB基因。OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of β-lactamase,porin and efflux pump encoding genes in isolates of pandrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii（PDR-ABA）.METHODS A total of 33 types of β-lactamase genes including 13 types of A,10 types of B,2 types of C,8 types of D,the porin carO,and efflux pump adeB from 20 isolates of PDR-ABA were detected by PCR.RESULTS Among β-lactamase encoding genes,the detection rates of TEM-1（type A） and ADC-30（type C） were both 100.0%,the positive rate of OXA-23（type D）was 65.0%,with no gene of type B detected.The positive rates of porin carO and efflux pump adeB from 20 isolates of PDRAB were both 100.0%.CONCLUSION Clinical isolates of PDRAB can carry many types of β-lactamase-resistant genes,and it is common to find porins and efflux pumps in those isolates.
