摘　　要：目的分析和探讨CT引导下非血管性介入诊疗所致医院感染的原因和预防措施。方法通过调查CT室内非血管性介入手术的特点及可能发生医院感染的风险进行预测,及时发现问题,并进行分析和整改。结果建立了切实可行的CT室内预防和控制介入手术感染措施,提高了医护人员对CT室内医院感染重要性的认识,并及时发现CT室内感染管理工作的薄弱环节,有针对性地进行改进,避免了医院感染的发生。结论 CT室内医院感染管理预防措施的建立和完善对防范医院感染发生具有重要作用,对可能发生医院感染的问题应尽早实施预防措施,减少医院感染的发生率。OBJECTIVE To analyze and discuss the potential causes and preventive measures for nosocomial infections induced by computed tomography guided non-vascular intervention.METHODS The features of non-vascular intervention guided by computed tomography were investigated and the risk of possible hospital infections was evaluated,and then the discussion of possible solutions for the problems discovered was followed.RESULTS Feasible measures for the infections due to intervention operations have been established,which deepened the understanding of hospital infections of medical staff in CT rooms.Furthermore,with the discovery and correction of weak points in the prevention of hospital infections,the incidence of the infection has been decreased.CONCLUSION In the prevention of computed tomography guided non-vascular intervention induced infections,it is vital to establish measures for the prevention of nosocomial infections in CT rooms,the prevention measures for possible hospital infections should be carried out to reduce the incidence of hospital infections.
