摘　　要：目的通过清洗消毒效果的监测、检测,分析评价清洗消毒机清洗消毒效果的可靠性。方法在采用韦格博士清洗剂的基础上,设置全自动程序洗涤呼吸机管路及附件;每间隔60 d,同点位按物表法进行采样48 h菌培养;统计处理检测结果,进行清洗消毒机清洗消毒效果可靠性的综合分析评价。结果依据15个月经过8批次48个采样部位的细菌学培养检测菌落数分布,细菌学检测结果经统计处理合格率为97.9%。结论专业的清洗消毒设备、专业的洗涤剂、系统的不可断的清洗消毒效果的监测分析,是确保呼吸机管路规范化的清洗消毒,预防医院感染发生的必要手段。OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the reliability of the cleaning and disinfection machine in the cleaning and disinfection through monitoring and detecting the effect of disinfection and cleaning.METHODS Based on DR.WEIGERT detergent,automatic program was set up to wash breathing pipes and its attachments,with an interval of 60 days,the bacterial culture for the samples from the same site for 48 hours was performed;then the results were taken for statistics,and the reliability of the disinfection and cleaning machine was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS According to the bacteriology culture test for bacterial colony of 8 series of 48 sampling sites for 15 months,the qualified rate of bacteriology test after statistical processing was 97.9%.CONCLUSION The specialized cleaning and disinfection equipment and disinfectants as well as the systematic and constant monitoring of the cleaning and disinfection effect can ensure the standardized cleaning and disinfection of the ventilator pipelines and prevent nosocomial infections.
