摘　　要：目的获得医院感染管理影响因素的基础性资料,评价大型综合性医院感染管理现状、存在的问题并提出改进措施。方法采用专题小组讨论和深入访谈及总结。结果影响医院感染管理的主要因素包括组织机构设置、学科建设、专职人员层次与专业构成、制度建立与执行力、监测技术标准与预防、知识培训与收效、社会与经济效益等。结论改进管理模式,加强管理队伍和监管,利用现代化信息技术是加强医院感染管理的对策。OBJECTIVE To acquire the basic material about the impact factors of nosocomial infection management,to summarize and evaluate the current status of nosocomial infection management as well as the existing problems in a large comprehensive hospital so as to put forward the improvement countermeasures.METHODS By means of the panel discussions and in-depth interviews,the problems were summarized.RESULTS The survey indicated that the main impact factors of nosocomial infection management included the organization structure,discipline construction,professional level and professional structure,establishment and execution of system,monitoring technology standards and prevention,knowledge training and effectiveness,and social and economic benefit.CONCLUSION It is an effective way of intensifying the nosocomial infection management to improve the management mode and strengthen the supervision of management team as well to apply the modern information technology.
