护理管理在预防与控制肿瘤患者医院感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理管理在预防与控制肿瘤患者医院感染中的应用及效果。方法病区建立以护士长为主的护理感染管理小组,在病区日常工作:手卫生规范、医疗废物处置、消毒隔离技术、微生物标本采集及运送、医院环境清洁、消毒与监测,不同层次人员的感染知识技能的培训及考核,感染资料的管理等方面,落实相关护理管理措施,实行感染预防、监控。结果护理感染管理小组按管理流程体系进行管理,重视感染工作的安全性和持续质量改进;增强了全科感染工作氛围,感染管理模式和工作流程得到优化,提高了工作质量和效率。结论医院感染与护理工作有着密切的联系,充分发挥护理管理作用,落实护理管理措施,对预防与控制医院感染有着深远的意义。OBJECTIVE To explore application and effect of nursing management on prevention and control of nosocomial infections in patients with cancer.METHODS Under the leadership of the management committee in infections,management team in charge of nursing infection ward daily work was established mainly by the nursing supervisor,including hand hygiene standard,medical waste disposal,disinfection and isolation technique,sampling and collection and transportation of microbial specimen,cleaning,disinfection and monitoring of hospital environment,training and assessment of skills and knowledge of different levels of personnel,and the management of infection data;the corresponding nursing countermeasures were implemented,and the prevention and monitoring of the infections were carried out.RESULTS Nursing infection management team performed the management according to the management process system,paying attention to the security of the work and the continuous quality improvement;the general infection working atmosphere has been intensified,the infection management mode and the working process have been optimized,the work quality and efficiency were improved.CONCLUSION Nosocomial infection is closely related to the nursing management;to give full play to the nursing management and implement nursing management measures has an far-reaching significance to the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.
