摘　　要：目的为了做好手术室消毒隔离工作,控制手术患者术后感染的发生率。方法科室自查与医院感染科随机抽查,查找感染原因,及时总结整改。结果通过制定预防感染对策,严格执行消毒隔离制度,定期检测,形成完整的控制手术室感染的管理措施,无菌伤口感染率<0.5%,各项细菌培养均符合标准。结论针对性地制定并严格执行手术室感染控制对策,可有效减少感染,提升手术室感染管理水平。OBJECTIVE To do a good job in the disinfection and isolation in the operating rooms so as to control the incidence of the postoperative infections.METHODS By the means of self-check of the departments and random check conducted by the hospital infection department,the causes of the infections were found and then were summarized and rectified in a timely manner.RESULTS Through the development of prevention measures for infections,the strict implementation of disinfection and isolation system,regular examination,and the complete management measures for the control of infections in the operating room,the infection rate of the aseptic wound was less than 0.5%,the bacterial culture was in line with the standards.CONCLUSION Targeted development and strict implementation of control countermeasures for infections in operating rooms can effectively reduce the infections and improve the management of infections in the operating rooms.
