摘　　要：目的了解医院检验科工作人员手卫生依从性现状,找出问题,分析原因,提高检验科工作人员手卫生依从性,预防医院感染。方法对医院检验科窗口工作人员手卫生落实情况实地考察,对检验科手卫生设施的配备、快速手消毒剂提供等实地勘察。结果检验科人员手卫生意识不强,多为自我保护,所提供的手卫生设施不足,窗口实际工作量大,难以做到符合手卫生要求。结论应加强检验科人员手卫生知识宣传培训,改善检验科手卫生设施,强化管理,提高检验科人员手卫生依从性。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of hand hygiene compliance of hospital laboratory staff,find out the problems,and analyze the causes so as to improve the hand hygiene compliance of the laboratory staff and prevent nosocomial infections.METHODS On-site survey of the implementation of hand hygiene of the laboratory staff was conducted,on-site observation of laboratory facilities for hand hygiene and the supply of fast hands disinfectants was performed.RESULTS The awareness of hand hygiene of laboratory staff was insufficient,most were self-protection,the hand hygiene facilities were not enough,the actual workload of the window was heavy,it was difficult to achieve the standard of hand hygiene.CONCLUSION It is necessary to intensify the training of the knowledge of hand hygiene,improve the hand hygiene facilities,and enhance the management so as to improve the hand hygiene compliance of laboratory staff.
