摘 要:目的了解医院大肠埃希菌(ECO)的耐药性及其标本来源,为临床治疗及控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2010年6月-2011年3月临床分离的472株大肠埃希菌的耐药率及标本来源进行回顾性分析。结果收集的472株大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南、厄他培南的耐药率均为0;对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢西丁、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶、氨曲南、妥布霉素、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢噻肟的耐药率为7.8%~58.5%;对磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶、头孢唑林和氨苄西林的耐药率分别为63.3%、73.9%、82.0%,472株大肠埃希菌主要从痰液和尿液标本中检出,分别占33.1%和29.0%。结论大肠埃希菌为呼吸道和泌尿道感染的常见病原菌,临床上应根据耐药特点合理选用抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE To investigate drug resistance and specimen sources of Escherichia coli in hospital,so as to guide the clinical treatment and control of nosocomial infections.METHODS A total of 472 strains of E.coli were collected from June 2010-March 2011,and the drug resistance rates and specimen sources were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The resistance rates of the 472 strains of E.coli to imipenem,meropenem,and ertapenem were 0;the resistance rates to piperacillin/tazobactam,cefoxitin,amoxicillin/clavulanic,cefepime,ceftazidime,aztreonam,tobramycin,cidomycin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,and cefotaxime varied from 7.8% to 58.5%;the resistance rates to sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim,cefazolin,and ampicillin were 63.3%,73.9%,and 82.0%,respectively;472 strains of E.coli were mainly detected from sputum(33.1%) and urine(29.0%).CONCLUSION E.coli is the common pathogen which can cause respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections.Antibiotics should be chosen in the clinical practice according to the characteristics of drug resistance.
